Courts and Counsel

California Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC)
Assisted the AOC in its efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the state’s 58 trial courts by enabling the automated exchange of information between the courts and their criminal justice partners.

Clark County , Nevada
Assessed the current case management system and IT environment, reengineered selected business and functional processes, provided an analysis of the vendor market for potential solutions, and facilitated the acquisition of a new case management system.

Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (WAPA)
Performed a feasibility analysis to determine if WAPA should acquire and implement a common prosecutorial case management system (PCMS) on a statewide basis.

Corrections

New Mexico Corrections Department
Currently developing a modular approach to implement open source offender management software as it is being reengineered into three-tier technologies.

Wisconsin Department of Corrections
Helped establish a project management office, assessed the current technical environment, conducted the procurement of a new Integrated Corrections System, and developed the long-range implementation plan.

Integrated Systems

New York State Integrated Justice Advisory Board
Reviewed the organizational structure and duties of the Office of Justice Information Services within the Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS).

County of San Luis Obispo
Developed a plan to aid the criminal justice community in maintaining and enhancing its data integration capabilities while replacing its primary business applications.

Kansas Sentencing Commission, Criminal Justice Coordinating Council
Planned, designed, and managed the implementation of a Web-based integrated criminal justice system for the state that included a state criminal history system, a message switching system, and key local applications and information-sharing mechanisms.
