In this engagement MTG prepared a strategic information systems plan for all criminal justice partners within Anoka County. This involved the development of a coordinated, long-term technology plan representing the application, data, infrastructure, network, security, and integration needs for law enforcement, prosecution, public defense, courts, offender supervision, communications/dispatch, and secure facility management functions. In addition, we evaluated data and process model drafts, which the state had developed to facilitate information sharing.
