Mr. Kaelin is the leader of MTG's Public Safety practice and serves on the Board of Directors for IJIS Institute. He has more than 19 years of operational and managerial practice in the fields of government, education, and law enforcement. A nationally recognized expert in public safety and integrated justice, Mr. Kaelin helps our criminal justice clients pioneer the creation and use of integrated justice systems. He is noted for his expertise in multijurisdictional analysis and has been instrumental in developing the future vision for criminal justice IT based on the use of the internet.
