MTG Management Consultants, LLC, Announces E-Filing Market Briefing

Seattle, Washington, January 11, 2019 – MTG Management Consultants, LLC, a management consulting firm focused on state and local government, has published its E-Filing Market Briefing.  The briefing is an interactive analysis of the growing market of state and local court electronic filing.  The analysis is of interest to:

  • Organizations watching the legal and court markets.
  • Solution providers active in or considering expanding into the legal space.
  • Courts, court support organizations, and legal technology providers.

As electronic court filing standards have evolved and gained traction in the market, so have revenues from e-filing and its sibling, electronic legal service.  In 2017 alone, the leader in this space generated more than $100 million in revenues from e-filing.

In addition to a handful of veteran players, there are now dozens of new entrants seeking to grab a share of this increasing market using a variety of business, value, and growth models.  Substantial opportunities exist for both new sales and competitive plays.

Be in the know and find out about:

  1. The actual and potential volume of e-filing and electronic services by court tier, court type, and type of filing.
  2. Prices and fees charged across the U.S.
  3. The various e-filing business models in the market.
  4. Trends and emerging developments in the e-filing market.

State and local source data and references are identified in the analysis and available as links.  The briefing can be filtered by state, county, type of court, case type, e-filing provider, and e-service provider, and a built-in simulator lets you identify and qualify sub-markets and market segments using your own price and participation assumptions.

The E-Filing Market Briefing is available as a yearly subscription.  Please contact Mr. James E. Cabral Jr. (jcabral@mtgmc.com) or Mr. Paul M. Wieser (pwieser@mtgmc.com) to initiate a subscription or to learn more about this offering.
