Mr. Wigen is a valued member of the Integrated Justice practice area at MTG Management Consultants, LLC. He has worked closely with private and public organizations to improve operational capabilities and use of resources. He bridges the gap between technical aptitude and management, and is adept at helping clients to identify common ground.
Mr. Wigen’s range of experience encompasses community development efforts, technical impact evaluations, and software development work. He has significant experience in the full systems life cycle, from strategic planning through system selection, contract negotiations, and implementation assistance.
